A 28-year-old man has been charged with grievous bodily harm, and a 36-year-old woman is in hospital with serious head injuries, after a one-punch assault overnight in the Queensland mining town of Mount Isa.
Per Queensland Police reports, the assault occurred at around midnight, when the woman was standing at the front of a Grace Street bar where she worked, and was approached by the man, to whom the venue had previously refused entry.
