We’re not 100% on the narrative here but this magnificent Juggalo homage one-shot clip by David Michod sure is fun to look at. Shot for new Children Collide single “Loveless”, the clip follows clown faced singer/guitarist Johnny Mackay as he utters some lyrics, endures a friendly choking and shaves his head Britney style. All in one take and in hand cuffs! What an elaborate way to get a free haircut.
Taken from the trio’s latest LP Theory of Everything, the clip marks Michod’s first foray into music videos and his first work since directorial debut Animal Kingdom. He should definitely do this kind of thing more often. Especially when the face paint budget outweighs the editing one. Watch below…
