The Best Of Jay-Z’s Surprisingly Candid Twitter Q&A

Jay-Z has made use of the all black everything Twitter account parked in his internet garage, a medium he has largely ignored since he first joined th social networking platform five years ago, to engage in some #realtalk with his followers because these are the progressive #newrules under which the music industry operates? Yeah? Sure.

Among important conversations about his favourite cereal (“cap’n crunch growing up”), his response to the invasive nature of his Samsung assisted pre-release schedule (“sux must do better”) and his preferred historical figure hangout buddy (“Picasso Baby”), Hov let slip that Magna Carta Holy Grail is at least the fourth best album in his back catalogue behind Reasonable Doubt, The Blueprint and The Black Album (no arguements) and quashed rumours of retirement because “I wasn’t so good at it” last time.

But, really, the best thing about this whole Hov goes H.A.M. on Twitter while constipated on a gilded marble toilet thing is rapping “fuck hashtags and retweets” on MCHG’s Timbaland produced “Tom Ford” and then proliferating the most narcissistic version of LOL of all time, denoting instances of levity with #mylaugh to convey that distinctive high-pitched cackle. You actually crazy for that one, Jay.
