Dust off your studded belt and super-tight black skinny jeans because Short Stack is playing a one-off club show in Sydney this weekend ahead of their reunion tour.
Everyone collectively lost their shit earlier this year when Short Stack announced their reunion (which we TOTALLY predicted, btw). But if you didn’t manage to score a ticket to one of their tour shows, you’re in luck because they’re dusting off the cobwebs with a club show this weekend that’ll transport you straight back to 2008.
The band took to Instagram to announce the last-minute show like it was no big deal.

Beloved emo club AM/PM is hosting a secret show this Saturday March 7 with Short Stack as a surprise last-minute headliner.
For the measly price of $20, you can drink beers and re-live your early noughties memories at Short Stack’s first show at the venue in five years, and their first show in general since Shaun Diviney started selling houses on the Central Coast.
Alongside the band that was *definitely* on the cover of your year 9 maths notebook, Stepson, Bloom, Weighbridge and Everleigh will also be in attendance, which is a pretty sweet deal for less than the price of the cocktail I purchased last weekend.
