Listen: New Blur Track

Originally recorded for last weekend’s international Record Store Day, Brit-Pop icons Blur have released their first track in seven years by way of “Fool’s Day” a stripped back ode to the ennui of London life. The tangible version, a limited edition one-sided seven inch, sold out in minutes (there were only 1000 copies pressed) so the band have made an MP3 of “Fool’s Day” available on their official website “to avoid fans having to illegally obtain an inferior copy of this track from pirate sites”. So yeah, thank God some bands realize how the internet works.
