Craig David Is Hosting ‘Rage’ This Weekend So Get Ready To Root For A Week

This weekend’s soundtrack just got infinitely sexier, mates. The good folk at the ABC just revealed that, come Saturday night, the revered red couch of Rage is gonna be occupied by the one, the only, Craig David.

Yes, he of 7 DaysWalkin’ AwayFill Me In, and What’s Your Flava? fame will be taking over guest-hosting duties for both the 10am Saturday morning slot, and the late night shift later on that night.

Repeat: Craig David. Guest hosting Rage. Saturday, February 10th.

Get. Fkn. Keen.

The man who immortalised in song a particular week where he smanged a practical stranger for four days straight has promised to drop a whole mess of throwback hip hop and RnB, including the likes of 50 CentTupac, and Aaliyah, as well as dipping into his own extensive catalogue.

Frankly if he just hits play on Born to Do It and spends the rest of the evening quietly grooving on the couch it’ll still be utterly essential viewing.

The playlists for this week’s instalments of the great hit factory of Australian late night TV are not available as yet; expect the ABC to drop them a little later in the week as Friday draws nearer.

But a little homework between now and then certainly isn’t gonna hurt any of you.

Might as well keep yourselves well and truly filled in.

Craig David’s Rage shifts begin at 10am on Saturday morning, and continue at 12:15am later that same night.
