Married At First Sight is one of those guilty-pleasure shows that really adds nothing to your life besides some quality switch-off time, where people have, or are about to have, a myriad of problems added to their life that are far worse than yours.
While we’re usually watching for the drama and chaos, last night’s show really came through on wedding locations. Everyone was peaking about the stunner of a chapel that Troy Delmege and Ashley Irwin got married in.

Although Troy himself is a confusing human and that is putting it lightly.

Anyway, 9Homes hunted down the IRL chapel, and it’s even more beaut than we thought.
It’s part of the Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast, which seems to be primo at hosting weddings – they have an entire section of their site titled “World of Weddings”, for example. The descrip for The Chapel is pretty sweet.
Boasting a floor to ceiling glass façade that overlooks the picturesque Coomera River, the breathtaking Wedding Chapel is the perfect backdrop for an “I do” to remember. Seating 80, our non-denominational Chapel offers sleek contemporary features with a glass top registry table centred at the altar, silk flower arrangements throughout, white tiled flooring and soaring atriums.
It also looked like the newlyweds had their reception on site in The Grange, a vvvvv fancy reception hall.

See, it pays to marry a complete random on TV – look at how perf your wedding gets to be.
Wowser.
