This summer, between copious rounds of drinking and cards against humanity, rally the troops for some much needed exercise fun times.

2. DANCE IN THE DARK
“Shake out the stresses of the week” at No Lights No Lycra . Classes are held weekly allowing people to dance in the dark without judgement. According to the website, they’re a “daggy, non-pretentious place to completely be yourself.”
3. GO STAND UP PADDLE-BOARDING
Just try staying dry.
4. HIT UP THE ICE RINK
Requires the use of all your muscles to stay upright.
5. DRAG YOURSELF UP A WALL
Check out Sky Zone’s new SKY CLIMB setup with 30 epic new walls, including a tetris-themed one that’s all sorts of novel.
6. THROWBACK TO ‘RETROSWEAT’
Revisit the VHS workouts of the ’80s with a Retrosweat class. Combining unique choreography and a killer soundtrack, it’ll give you core sore and thigh burn for days. For all the deets, visit their website.
7. GET RIDICULOUSLY WET (AND WILD)
Water theme parks are peak summer, but if you can’t make it to one of the country’s establishments (ping: Wet’n’Wild, Jamberoo, etc.) let the wetness come to you: R.O.C Race and Slide The City will be touring the country in 2016.
8. GET JIGGLY WITH IT AT INDOOR TRAMPOLINING
Day, sorted. Most centres will have basketball hoops, dodge ball tournaments and pits of soft foam for additional amusement.
9. UNLEASH AT BUBBLE SOCCER
Where you are both the ball that gets kicked and the one kicking the ball. Hit up your local bubble soccer centre at locations listed here.
10. AVOID BEING SHOT UP AT PAINTBALL
