Watch: Morgan Spurlock’s The Greatest Movie Ever Sold

Following fast food bashing breakout Super Size Me, Morgan Spurlock turns his eye toward commercial transparency in POM Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold, a documentary about product placement and advertising that details the filmmaker’s quest to acquire product placement and advertising. The meta premise makes it hard to work out the film’s narrative and harder still to imagine it’ll uncover any meaningful insights – mainly because a film about the ubiquity of advertising is about as useful as a documentary on why fast food is bad for you. Still, you should definitely watch the trailer below because it’s actually kind of ingenious. Now then, who feels like a delicious pomegranate juice?

“The Greatest Film Ever Sold” will be released on April 22nd.
