Queer Eye‘s Tan France and fashion designer Alexa Chung will host Netflix‘s brand new competition series Next In Fashion, which is delightful news for those who love watching the fashion god shit all over plaid and poor outfit choices.
Netflix’s See What’s Next account describes the competition series as: “18 fashion designers go head-to-head to win $250,000 and the opportunity to debut a collection with Net-A-Porter.” According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 18 fashion designers have already worked for huuuuuge brands in the industry and dressed A-list celebs.
Translation: Netflix is giving us their own Project Runway.
The streaming giant has ordered 10 episodes, and celebrity stylist and fashion editor Elizabeth Stewart and Instagram‘s director of fashion partnerships Eva Chen have signed on as guest judges.
Over on their Instagram account, Next In Fashion teased a bunch of other guests to appear on the show including Queer Eye angels Bobby Berk and Antoni Porowski, style blogger Wendy Nguyen, and fashion stylist Chriselle Lim.
There’s yet to be an official release date but we’ll keep you updated.
In the meantime, you can re-binge the goodness that is Queer Eye on Netflix now. Stay tuned for their Queer Eye: We’re In Japan special, set to hit the streaming giant later this year.
