Steve Carell is Coming

Steve Carell will be in Sydney next month. Not for an experimental comedy performance where he lives in a glass box in Martin Place for eight days and just riffs on stuff, sadly, but for the Australian premiere of his new animated film Despicable Me 2.

Reprising his voice role as not so evil super-villain Gru, the former Office (US) and 40 Year Old Virgin actor will grace us with his presence, panache and world class eyebrow control at a Sydney premiere June 5th in Bondi Junction. Despicable Me 2 also stars Kristen Wiig, Russell Brand, Al Pacino and Steve Coogan, none of whom will be attending so just concentrate your love on this guy.
