Cricket legend and reality show snakebite head injury victim Shane Warne has used his first public statement after his release from the I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here! jungle to slam critics of his controversial charity The Shane Warne Foundation, appearing on The Project telling them to “get stuffed”.
Watch him lay it down:
Warne has been feeling the heat a bit recently over charity matters – his foundation shut down abruptly, citing “unwarranted speculation” about how its funds were being used and distributed. It was pretty widely believed that the majority of the funds collected by the charity went to ‘administration costs’, which is a nice way of saying ‘not to sick kids’.
When he wasn’t challenging his critics for “having a crack at it and raising money” he was talking about how Carmen Electra slid into his DMs and how he’s looking forward to their first date.
Even when he’s being challenged over potentially huge failures in the administration and audit of a charity, Warnie still has time to thirst wildly and indiscriminately.
