Mark Holden’s ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Clown Meltdown Is Not A Chill Situation

Dancing With The Stars is still on TV.
In related news, former pop entertainer and erstwhile obnoxious Australian Idol judge turned barrister-at-law Mark Holden appears to have had some kind of ruff-induced, John Wayne Gacy inflected breakdown on last night’s episode of the show, in which he managed to insult the panel of judges, deliver an incoherent diatribe laced with vaguely menacing sexual innuendo and simulate farting all at the same time. You can and should relive the entire thing below.
Invoking the Daniel Day Lewis Defence, Holden, 60, and a certified legal practitioner, has this morning apologised for his behaviour, telling a breakfast radio station that while he was “feeling ashamed” he wasn’t “on the turps. That was sober Holden,” and that his actions can be attributed to his immersive commitment to character.
“It inhabited me and then the clown just erupted and I couldn’t control it.”
In that case, kill it with fire.
