MAFS’ Star Jules Swears Someone Leaked Private Pics From Her Engagement Party

The recent engagement party thrown by Married At First Sight’s (MAFS) Jules Robinson and Cam Merchant made headlines for the shady guestlist and now the reality stars have spoken out about another scandal that has occurred following the event.

Robinson claims that an unknown mate of hers leaked photos from inside the event despite her forbidding anyone from sharing pics.

“Literally within a few hours someone had leaked photos from the inside out, which is very hurtful because it was a friend,” she told 9Honey.

The business owner then confirmed they’re “obviously not a friend anymore”, adding that the incident has cast doubt over who she can trust.

Now, I’m not quite sure what ~private~ images she’s referring to considering she, herself, shared a bunch of pics and vids to Instagram, as did several guests, so this all sounds a little suss to me.

The couple had their engagement party at Camperdown Commons’ Acre Eatery in Sydney on April 21, with “200 of their nearest and dearest” attending including several MAFS co-stars.

Robinson’s anguish comes just as several media outlets reported that the couple had “cashed in” by televising the event.

Woman’s Day claimed that they “cut a deal with the TV network for $50,000 to allow them exclusive access inside”.

Jules denied these claims, admitting that, “For me, it’s not about the public liking us, or wanting to see our relationship. It’s just putting this fact straight, which is we did not make money from our engagement.”

She maintains that the couple “did not make a single cent” from the party, with it costing them “a lot of our own money”.

The 2019 MAFS stars who did not cop an invite to the controversial event included Dino Hira, Samuel Ball, Michael Brunelli, Matthew Bennett, Mark Scrivens, Mike Gunner, Nic Jovanovic, Ines Basic, Jessika Power, Martha Kalifatidis, Lauren Huntriss and Ning Surasiang.
