In truly wild reality TV news, Married At First Sight’s Connie Crayden is rumoured to be dating none other than 2019 Bachie star Matt Agnew.
According to OK! Connie and Matt “hit it off” in Melbourne recently, and are now rumoured to be dating. Now, let me just preface this by saying it comes from an “OK! spy”, so you can take this with a giant grain of salt.
“The pair met at an event in Melbourne a few weeks ago,” a fellow guest of the event told the magazine. “They really hit it off!”

Naturally, everyone has been quick to point out the fact that she’s a marine biology student and he’s an astrophysicist. I’d call it a match made in nerdy heaven, but after his breakup with Chelsie McLeod, I am no longer allowing myself to believe that being equally nerdy is a recipe for a successful relationship.
Connie previously said she’s after a man with “good looks, intelligence and who’s a little bit nerdy,” to which Matt seems to fit the bill. But again, these are very basic traits and are hardly a recipe for a happy, healthy relationship.

OK!’s spy (which seems like a wild exaggeration for someone who merely attended an event with a bunch of d-grade Australian reality TV stars) asserted that the pair were chatting for a long time, which OBVIOUSLY means they’re dating.
“Connie was chatting with Matt for ages,” they said. “They seemed to really hit it off. There was definitely some serious chemistry between them.”
Honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if Connie simply confided in Matt about the insanity of being a reality dating show star. There aren’t many people that can empathise with her current situation, and our boy Matt is definitely one of them.
