Well, in one of those spooky the-universe-is-reading-my-mind-am-I-on-The Truman Show moments, today I learned that Khloe Kardashian, mine and everyone’s fave Kardashian sister, has just signed on to produce a true crime series. True crime! I love crime. Hell, we all love crime (it’s okay to love crime as long as you never commit it, that’s my motto).
So it’s just really delightful to have Khloe and true crime combine to make beautiful television magic. But the real kicker, for me, is the topic of the series. It’s all about MURDEROUS SISTERS.
I absolutely love the completely unsubtle red flag Koko is waving here. Of course, my brain has gone straight to HI I HAVE SISTERS I WANT TO KILL THEM ALL, and frankly she’s not doing much to debunk this theory.
Speaking to Page Six, Khloe excitedly raved about the upcoming show, which will premiere on US cable network Investigation Discovery in 2019.
I am so excited to be bringing you Twisted Sisters. As a self-proclaimed ‘true-crime addict’ there is no better way to tell these tales about the bonds that sisters possess and how they can go so terribly wrong.
Terribly. Wrong. This is quite ominous, no? If I was Kourtney, Kim, Kylie or Kendall I’d be quaking in my gigantic Louboutin over-the-knee boots RN.
Page Six reports that the six-episode series will “explore sisters who kill each other or team up to kill others, and Kardashian will oversee the stories”. My prediction is that the finale will be entitled: “And Now For My Final Act I Am Going To Get Stabby In Calabasas”.
Look, I adore the entire family so I do not endorse this murderous spree, Khloe. I do, however, endorse the show because all jokes aside, it sounds epic.
