Television’s most lovable, curmudgeonly consigliere and cleaner, Jonathan Banks, will return from Belize to reprise his role as Mike Ehrmantraut in AMC’s Breaking Bad prequel, Better Call Saul.
Banks joins the eponymous Saul, played wonderfully by Bob Odenkirk, as the only other actor currently cast in the precursor to the Emmy- and Golden Globe-winning series from Vince Gilligan and writer-producer Peter Gould. According to Deadline, Banks will be a series regular on the show chronicling the professional evolution of Goodman before he was enlisted by Walter White and, well, #NWTS.
Like that Drake reference, Ehrmantraut? Better Call Saul is slated for a November premiere.
