John Stamos Confirms That Full House Is Officially Coming Back

It’s been whispered about for a good while now, and a few weeks ago we got a fair indication that it was probably, more than likely, just about definitely going to take place.

Now one of the worst kept secrets in the TV biz has been confirmed, signed, sealed and delivered.
Much beloved 90s sitcom Full House is being revived by streaming giant Netflix, with an hour long “reunion” special planned, followed by a 13-part spinoff series revolving around two of the original characters being thrust back into a familiar setting.
Series mainstay John Stamos appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to put a full stop where once a question mark stood, stating that the deal to get the revived series up and running had been finalised a mere matter of moments prior.

The rebooted series – allegedly going under the title of “Fuller House” – will see Candace Cameron Bure and Andrea Barber reprise their roles as D.J. Tanner and Kimmy Gibbler respectively, with D.J. now a mother of three.
From what Stamos suggests in the above video, it seems that the series will be a full circle revisiting of sorts, with D.J. placed into the role her father had back during the original series.
The original cast have been targeted to, at the very least, make cameo appearances in the initial hour-long reunion special, before the new series moves forward as its own entity with Bure and Barber the leads.
You wanted it? You got it, dude!
