Glee is upping the stakes on celebrity cameos with an appearance by Britney Spears (playing herself) in forthcoming episode “Britney/Brittany”, in which appears in nitrous-induced hallucinations of the Glee characters while under dental anesthetic. Britney has been driven mad after the bagfuls of crazy her child star life has dealt, but she’s still kind of endearing in the same way your crazy senile granny is.
