Oh Em Gee. In what could possibly be the greatest news of the morning for Australia’s comedy scene, Dave Chappelle is on his way to Australia in what is his first tour outside North America.
The 40-year-old comedian made entertainment headlines back in 2005 when halfway through production of his obscenely popular Chappelle’s Show he jumped ship and bailed to South Africa. Overwhelmed by the workload and being further removed from his true passion, stand-up comedy, Chappelle decide enough was enough and peaced out.
Now, he’s back on the stand-up comedy train, and the following cities will have the pleasure of experiencing it.
