The ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, which started out as a nifty little bit of viral fundraising for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, is quickly consuming the whole of the internet. However, if you only watch one Ice Bucket Challenge video, we strongly recommend you make it this one, featuring the ever-adorable Chris Pratt.
Pratt was challenged by Disney CEO Bob Iger and actor Vincent D’Onofrio. His wife Anna Faris and mother Kathy (aww) helped him complete the video, in a way that will quickly become apparent.

The Ice Bucket Challenge has raised more than a million dollars in the month since people started sharing these videos, the idea being that you donate $100 to an ALS charity or film yourself getting doused in ice cold water.
The likes of Bill Gates and Oprah have participated, although it’s highly likely that they may have also kicked in some funds.
