Check Out The Swish L.A. Pad That Lauren Conrad Just Sold For $5 Mil

If you get a kick out of looking at property that you could never possibly afford, then please go ahead and enjoy these photos of the swanky Pacific Palisades house that Lauren Conrad recently sold for a cool $US4.995 million. 
The author, fashion designer, lifestyle entrepreneur, former star of Laguna Beach and The Hills and general fabulous entity bought the 5,871 square foot Spanish-style mansion in 2015, for $US4.4 million, and renovated to make it cosier.
Per reports in Refinery 29, “redid the kitchen, replacing the natural wood cabinets and tan tiles and countertops with gleaming white everything,” also repainting the walls, freshening up the tiles and driveway and installing a claw-foot bath. 
Conrad is becoming quite a seasoned house-flipper; she sold a Beverly Hills property for $2.8 million in 2015, almost twice what she paid for it three years previously.
