Well, the creators of the extravagantly enormous ‘The Fast & The Furious‘ franchise have gotten their wish – Charlize Theron has signed on to be a part of the eighth instalment.
Back in February, director F. Gary Gray and scriptwriter Chris Morgan were writing a script that included a ‘fierce female villain’, and they allegedly wanted Theron to bring the character to life.
This decision was obviously reached after Theron’s threateningly incredible performance as Furiosa in ‘Mad Max: Fury Road’.
The eighth film (which according to Vin Diesel, there will be ten films altogether) will likely be released this time in 2017. Stars Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson and Ludacris are all expected to return.
