American based Brisbane actor Josh Lawson (Showtime’s House of Lies, Any Questions For Ben?) who possesses charm, talent and smells like the opposite of a used diaper filled with Indian food has been announced as the latest addition to the forthcoming Anchorman sequel, Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.
The project, shooting now in Atlanta, Georgia, will reunite the first film’s entire Channel Four news team – Will Ferrell (who Lawson last worked with on The Campaign), Steve Carell, Paul Rudd, David Koechner and Christina Applegate – and welcome an impressive list of newcomers including Greg Kinnear, Harrison Ford, Kristen Wiig and James Marsden.
The film, co-written and directed by Adam Mackay and produced by Judd Apatow, is slated for release December 20th.
