It’s truly wild how much my love of Bimini Bon Boulash grew across season two of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK – like many, I underestimated her in episode one, but now I have a whole group chat named after her and I’m fully ready to lay down my life for East London’s plant-based princess.
Everything she did was just so good, from her performance as Katie Price in Snatch Game through to her ‘UK, Hun?‘ verse and her powerful prehistoric amoeba look on the runway, and she did it all while maintaining a positive attitude and being a true ray of sunshine in the competition.

I’m not going to spoil the result for those who may not have seen the finale yet, but Bimini Bon Boulash became Drag Race royalty thanks to her season two performance, and now she’s been given perhaps the greatest gift of all, in the form of a deeply chaotic plant-based burger.
Bimini’s vegan diet was a frequent talking point on the show, and East London burger joint Biff’s have honoured her in the form of a snack called, what else, the Bimini Bon Burger. This colourful creation, a simultaneous culinary dream and nightmare, is available for a limited time.
It’s made with tender lentil fritter (because she likes it rough but her lentils tender), blue garlic mayo, rubbed kale, a double smashed the patriarchy Biffburger™ patty, “I’m Vegan!” cheeze, pink onion and bing bang bong relish on a hot pink bun.
