If you tuned into the first ep of Bachelor in Paradise last night you’ll surely remember Brett Moore doing the ol’ dodgeroo all night on whether or not he had a girlfriend on the outside. That girlfriend apparently being Bachelor alumni Stephanie Boulton from Matty J’s season.
To answer whether or not Brett is indeed single, he answered with something along the lines of, “the premise of being on the show was that you had to be single.” That’s it, that was his answer. Even the camera dude was like, “Um…”
Earlier in the episode Brett again kept talking about how there might, sort of, could be, maybe someone on the outside coming onto the island that he might, sort of, could be, maybe in a relationship with. Most of us didn’t pay attention because Florence was tearing Jake a new one and Leah and Davey had a weird ‘cultural’ date.
Again Brett, who some of us remember from Sophie Monk’s season didn’t exactly seem like the the drama-stirring-lad Davey or Jake is so I guess he’s trying to wiggle his way into some of the action. This is Survivor: Fiji Bachelor/Bachelorette after all.
To make matters a bit more suss, Brett put his Instagram on private which is… interesting to say the least. Can’t say the same for his ‘girlfriend’ though.

Steph’s Insta is a goldmine of aesthetically pleasing couple pictures.
Bachelor in Paradise was obviously filmed a couple of months ago so either Brett and Steph met on the island, hit it off, and now are totally in love and Channel 10 is telling the couple to chill with the photos for now (Steph hasn’t taken the memo at all). Or, Steph and Brett were already a thing and just decided to hop on the show anyway.
I genuinely don’t know but there’s some suss but kinda sweet drama in case Jake and Davey get in a cat fight tonight, in which case, the bromance is totally over.
