Notorious Shits ‘Angry Dad’ Have Released A Banter-Fuelled Messaging App

The two lads responsible for giving their dad multiple heart-attacks a day clearly have more than one trick up their sleeves.

Dylan and Mitchell Orval, aka the sons of Angry Dad, aka my reason for not wanting kids any time soon, have released a free messaging app designed to help up the banter game between you and your mates.

If their names sound unfamiliar, you might recognise them from quality vids such as this gem here:

Anywho, the Orval boys took some time away from attempting to get their dad involved in a six-car pile-up to unleash their fittingly titled Banta app.

Essentially a group chat of sorts, Banta adds its own flair that frankly makes it fucking dangerous to be involved in any sort of friendship group whatsoever.

What makes it so dangerous, you say? Well for one, there’s a feature which randomly selects one of your mates in the chat to do whatever you’ve agreed on beforehand.

And the feature in action:

Get the gist?

If threatening people in your group with suggestions like ‘Who’s shaving my pubes today?’ and ‘Who’s bailing me out of jail again?’ isn’t quite your speed, there’s a pretty convenient calendar to tea up shenanigans. Kinda like Facey but you know, relevant.

Of course, with every good social app comes the inevitable ‘block’ option, so if you’re admin of a particular chat, you can block whoever’s pissing you off the most that day. There’s also an option to share admin duties around so everyone can get a shot at blocking whoever they please – it just depends on how dictator-y you’re feeling at the time.

Forewarning though, as soon as you start giving other people power, they will 100% block you for something you did 10 years ago solely out of spite. It’s a slippery slope.

Have a squiz at all the features here and download it for free from the Apple store or Google Play.
