WATCH: Adrien Brody Sees Dead People In Aussie Thriller ‘Backtrack’

Psychological thrillers are shit-your-pants worthy at the best of times, but when they involve dead people who you’re still tossing up about being six-feet-under after the credits roll?
*shudders*
‘Backtrack’, the second directorial feature from writer/director Michael Petroni (the dude behind ‘The Book Thief’) was filmed in Sydney‘s Camperdown, and follows Adrien Brody‘s nose as an Australian-born psychologist who loses his shit upon discovering all his patients are the ghosts of people who died 20 years earlier.

Brodes has a very solid supporting cast in Sam Neill, Bruce Spence, Robin McLeavy, Malcolm Kennard and Jenni Baird, and it’s been getting solid reviews O/S.
Here’s a little teaser:
Moonlight Cinema have got your back though; they’re showing an advanced screening of ‘Backtrack’ at all of their venues across the country. So you can watch this psychologically-thrilling film in the dark of night. In a park. Good luck! Tickets are available HERE.
And keep your eyes peeled for film locations you recognise, because several scenes were shot in the sandstone halls of Sydney Uni and in / around the Central West.
