Orlando Bloom shared his daily routine with a British newspaper mag over the weekend, and it sure is something.
“I’m a Capricorn, so I crave routine,” he told The Sunday Times Magazine. Yet a belief in astrology doesn’t account for how wild and offputting his LA schedule is.
Orlando’s regular day includes Buddhist chanting, daydreaming about film and TV roles for minorities and women, not wearing tracksuit pants and playing with LEGO (on his own).
In the story, he boasts about getting up first to check on his baby with Katy Perry, Daisy, because Katy apparently “needs her sleep”.
“I’ll kiss [Daisy] and we’ll spend some time connecting,” he said. “I’ll do eye-gazing with her and sing songs.”
He doesn’t look at his phone in the morning, really, except to check his sleep app and to post Buddhist readings to Instagram. “I chant for 20 minutes every day, religiously,” he said.
For brekkie, it’s green powders, ‘brain octane oil’, collagen powder and some protein all blitzed together.
“I’ll go for a hike while I listen to some Nirvana or Stone Temple Pilots,” he continued. Very dad cool. Edgy for 1992.

For his actual post-hike breakfast, the one that includes food, he’s eating porridge with hazelnut milk, cinnamon, vanilla paste, hazelnuts, goji berries, protein power and a cup of PG Tips.
He added that he’s mostly plant-based, eating “a really good piece of red meat” maybe once a month. “I sometimes look at a cow and think, that’s the most beautiful thing ever.”
Orlando has a 10-year-old son, Flynn, from his previous marriage to Miranda Kerr, so when Flynn’s there he’ll make him breakfast before school.
He explained that he then takes a shower and gets dressed, and no, he’s not wearing tracksuit pants like all y’all heathens. “I like to make an effort.”
Working on projects for Amazon he said, “I spent a lot of my time dreaming about roles for myself and others – for minorities and women.”
Thanks Orlando.
For lunch, he’s eating veggies or a stew, and only sometimes cooks for himself, because he has a “team of people”. “Then I’ll have a Zoom and read scripts.”
Later in the day he’ll play with LEGO, a habit he formed during COVID-19, building cars while he’s working. “[I] find the methodical nature of creating this little thing makes me feel like I’m achieving something else.”
Then it’s time to get a bit sweaty with heavy weights and put his baby to bed before dinner. And after dinner it’s watching a movie or doco for work before bedtime at 11pm.
“Time is so precious. I was always giving my time to other people before. Now I have the space to dream,” he concluded.
Ofc Orlando’s routine has been rinsed widely online, with people fixated on what’s going on with that first brekkie.
in light of Orlando Bloom’s daily routine I feel I have to release mine. I wake up, eat cake, work, eat pasta, work, tiktok, work, eat more pasta, tiktok, work, sleep. sometimes if I am feeling charitable I also talk to other humans

Orlando Bloom: “I like to earn my breakfast so I’ll just have some green powders that I mix with brain octane oil, a collagen powder for my hair and nails, and some protein. It’s all quite LA really. Then I’ll go for a hike while I listen to some Nirvana or Stone Temple Pilots” pic.twitter.com/L5qLMCqCdc

Woke up after a lie in and saw the TL full of Orlando Bloom’s morning regimen. I shambled to the kitchen and made a tea accompanied by a stick of kinder bueno. There are no right answers.

It’s okay, Orlando Bloom. You’re still very, very handsome and are engaged to someone very, very talented. You’re doing just fine, sweetie. I’m glad your routine finally gives you the space to dream.
