Here’s What Happened When A Reporter Asked Prince Willy If The Royals Are A ‘Racist’ Family

Following Oprah’s bombshell interview with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Prince William, who has been deafeningly silent, has spoken out for the first time.

The Duke of Cambridge was visiting a school in east London when he was probed publicly about the interview.

A reporter point-blank asked: “Is the royal family racist, sir?” to which the Duke replied “we’re very much not a racist family”.

The reporter then asked William if he had spoken to his younger brother, and he responded: “No, I haven’t spoken yet, but I will do.”

Prince William and his missus, Kate Middleton, were in attendance to congratulate teachers for their work during the coronavirus pandemic after schools officially reopened this week across England, following its third national lockdown.

Willy and Kate’s visit was also timed to celebrate the roll-out of a new mental health initiative called Mentally Healthy Schools — the UK’s first mental health information and resource hub for secondary schools and colleges.

Prince Charles was also spotted recently as he visited a pop-up vaccination centre in North West London on Tuesday, the day after the wild-ass Oprah interview aired in the UK.

The Prince of Wales was asked about the interview as he left the church but didn’t respond and was swiftly escorted out of the building by aides. Unfortunately for Prince William, he wasn’t quite as lucky.

It comes after the Queen released a statement saying she was “saddened” by the events that took place.

Breaking her silence in a mere 61 word statement, Lizzie said: “The whole family is saddened to learn the full extent of how challenging the last few years have been for Harry and Meghan.”

Throughout the statement, the Queen said that the allegations of racial discrimination and abuse were “concerning” and that they fucking are, mate.

“The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning. While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately,” the Queen said in the statement.

“Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much-loved family members.”

Apparently the Palace is investigating claims of bullying. Former Kensington Palace aides told The Times that Jason Knauf, the couple’s communication chief during that time, sent an email to Simon Case, Prince William‘s then-private secretary, detailing some “very serious” concerns over how staff were being treated by Meghan.
