Everyone on the internet lost their fucking minds recently when beauty mogul, model, media personality and mother Kylie Jenner decided it was time to bless us all with her effortless “Rise and Shine” singing talent in her truly out-of-this-world office tour.

In true Kardashian/Jenner fashion, Kylie’s singing video basically broke the internet, inspiring countless memes, remixes and covers of her singing “Rise and Shine” to her daughter, Stormi Webster.

But it turns out its not just regular plebs like you and I that are obsessed with this nine-second video, even Ariana Grande wanted to get in on the rise and shine grind.
Ariana took to Instagram to sing the glorious song ask Kylie if she could sample it for one of her upcoming tracks.

“Yes, yes you can @arianagrande. As long as i’m in music video…” Kylie responded in an Instagram story. Honestly, asking to be in the video is fair enough considering her mum, Kris Jenner made the cut for Thank U, Next.
Ariana is pretty well known for sampling other artists on her tracks, from NSYNC’s It Makes Me Ill to Rodgers and Hammerstein’s My Favourite Thing, so it’s not exactly out of character for her to want to cash in on the latest viral internet sensation.
The now-viral video is a part of the Kylie Cosmetics Office Tour video uploaded to YouTube last week. Kylie’s office tour gave us all a glimpse into what life would be like if we were billionaires who own huge cosmetics companies. We saw her M&Ms with her face on them and her Moet & Chandon vending machine, the place makes any other office look like a slum. But somehow, out of everything in the wild office tour, the internet decided to freak out over her singing.
So who knows, we might get an extended version of “Rise and Shine” by Ariana Grande in the not-too-distant future. Fingers crossed we get a Kylie feature in the song as well as the video. The ultimate collaboration.
