There’s nothing else I rather see on a Monday morning than my boyfriend Timothée Chalamet making out with someone that is – in fact – not me. But alas here we are. Pictures of Chalamet smooching Lily-Rose Depp did the rounds on social media over the weekend because a) extremely beautiful couple with very nice cheekbones and b) wow. You’ll understand the latter in a moment.

Again, wow. What a smooch.
Chalamet and Depp co-star in Netflix’s upcoming drama The King, which is probably when they first caught the feels for each other. They also walked the carpet at the Venice Film Festival for the film just last week, and looked far too good.
LOOK.
The pair have kept their relationship status off social media but uh, the viral pics have pretty much confirmed what we all knew already. And the fans, they’re not okay.
According to our mates over at PopSugar, the pictures were taken on Saturday (September 7) somewhere in Capri, Italy. Also, PopSugar report the pair have been dating since October 2018. But then there was a rumour they split, but then they walked the carpet in Venice, and then, the smooching photos hit the internet.
i think lily rose depp and timothée chalamet both deserve an academy award for acting so awkward and weird with each other and making everyone believe they broke up but actually smooching on a yacht in capri

Circling back, The King hits Netflix later this year. It follows Hal (Chalamet), the reluctant heir to the English throne who wants absolutely nothing to do with it. Unfortunately for him, Dad carks it and Hal is crowned King Henry V and is forced to embrace the life he tried so hard to escape. Not to mention, the young king must now figure out palace politics, the war his dad left behind, and the emotional strings of his past life.
The film is directed by David Michôd, and co-stars Joel Edgerton, Sean Harris, Ben Mendelsohn, and Robert Pattinson.
