Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have managed to keep most details about her pregnancy under wraps, however, the more serious royal watchers among us reckon she’s not far off giving birth.

While there are some conspiracy theories that the new royal baby has already been born, ITV royal correspondent Chris Ship has claimed that Meghan’s bub is actually arriving today.
“We know the baby is due, in fact I can tell you that the due date is pretty much today,” he told Good Morning Britain overnight. “Today, tomorrow, we really are in the realms of imminent arrival.”
That’s about all we know, however, as the couple have kept the location of the birth a secret. Ship said:
“We don’t know if she is gonna have it at home, we think she’s gonna try to but we’re not sure whether she is … If she’s going to hospital then they’re not gonna tell us which hospital it’s at, and they’re gonna try to get her into hospital and back out before they’ve informed us where that location is.”
In a recent press release, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex indicated that they won’t be saying anything until after the baby is born. The release read:
“Their Royal Highnesses have taken a personal decision to keep the plans around the arrival of their baby private. The Duke and Duchess look forward to sharing the exciting news with everyone once they have had an opportunity to celebrate privately as a new family.”
Of course, this hasn’t stopped wild speculation. Overnight, an ambulance was spotted near the couple’s home of Frogmore Cottage at Windsor Castle, sending folks into a minor frenzy.
The local ambulance service was bombarded with so many royal baby questions that it had to release a statement, saying that the vehicle was merely doing some driver training, adding:
“South Central Ambulance Service will continue to care for all patients in Windsor in the usual way. It is not possible to comment on the general movement of ambulances around the Windsor area and patient confidentiality must be respected at all times. Furthermore, we do not comment on operational matters relating to members of the Royal Household.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle recently got their own official Instagram account after poaching the @sussexroyal user name from some filthy commoner, so you can probably expect more updates there.
