After the Daily Mail tried to create a cheating scandal between ~perfect couple~ Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell on the weekend, both parties have headed over to social media to dispel any rumours of unrest in their marriage.

Shepard captioned the blurry af image, showing his wife in full winter weather attire at some kinda festive event: “That bipedal sleeping bag over my left shoulder is the reason to wake up every morning.”
Yeah, you may have thought Chris Pratt calling Katherine Schwarzenegger “chief“ was weird, but Shepard just called Kristen Bell a “bipedal sleeping bag“.
Bell took Shepard’s post in good humour, first commenting “Haha I love u. 
forever!“, then reposting it to her Stories with a note that she’s both “out here living [her] best life“, and shouting out her stylist, Nicole Chavez, for her Offhours coat, “the perfect intersection of comfort and high fashion“.

Bell posted something a little more couply than her husband, writing: “Warning: the @laarboretum moonlight forest light show is VURY romantic 
“.
On the weekend the gossip rag wrote that Dax Shepard has been sleeping with model Kayti Edwards in 2009, while he was dating Bell, and posted a shot of the pair making out.
Shepard was only too happy to publicly correct the misinformation, writing that the shot is from way back in 2005, and that well, maybe their source isn’t so trustworthy?
“Hey Daily Mail, that photo is 13 years old, not 9. Also, Kayti has sold stories to tabloids about Matthew Perry, Jack Osbourne, Kid Rock, and now me. I look forward to her next one. Fingers crossed it’s about my #1, Brad Pitt 🙂“.
