It’s been two whole months since Kristen Bell confirmed the beautiful news that Veronica Mars had been revived and now we have a g l o r i o u s cast photo.

It’s extremely early days so there’s not too much to know but the series will definitely have eight episode that will air on streaming service Hulu.
Showrunner Rob Thomas wrote that the piccie is “some indication of who is in episode 1. It doesn’t mean your fave doesn’t come in later.”
Noted.
So in this picture alone you’ve got Kristen Bell, Patton Oswalt, Jason Dohring, Dawnn Lewis, and David Starzyk just to name a few.
That’s a bloody good first episode if I do say so myself.

The rebooted series has yet to cop an official release date but we do have a very interesting synopsis:
Spring breakers are getting murdered in Neptune, thereby decimating the seaside town’s lifeblood tourist industry. After Mars Investigations is hired by the parents of one of the victims to find their son’s killer, Veronica is drawn into an epic eight-episode mystery that pits the enclave’s wealthy elites, who would rather put an end to the month-long bacchanalia, against a working class that relies on the cash influx that comes with being the West Coast’s answer to Daytona Beach.

AND, as we know from a post Bell shared earlier this month, episode one is called Spring Break Forever.
