To top off what’s been an incredibly intense/confusing/wild day is a video of Kristen Bell reading United States President Donald Trump‘s tweets in her tremendously iconic Gossip Girl voice.
Bell had hopped on Late Night with Seth Meyers the other night to talk about the return of Netflix‘s The Good Place annnnd the return of Veronica Mars. Of the latter, filming for the brand new eight episodes will begin in early November in Los Angeles.
Anywhoo, Bell was the voice of our Gossip Girl overlord during the show’s duration from 2007 to 2012 (yes it has been that long) and was kind enough to reprise the role for just a couple of precious minutes.
Bell read out one of Trump’s iconic “covfefe” tweets as well as another shitting all over Meyer’s show: “Congratulations to @sethmeyers on “Emmy’s Rating Tumble.” Just as I predicted, Seth bombed!”
As Bell read out the tweets she did say: “These do sound like things that would be written on the show.”
Fair.
Do expect this entire video to fling you right back to 2007 because it will – it really will.
The Good Place season three is available on Netflix now.
The revived Veronica Mars has yet to cop an official release date but we do have a quality synopsis:
