Westfield Australia this morning announced plans to further support three of Australia’s most promising design talents with the unveiling of their designer partnership initiative, aligning the shopping behemoth’s retail and mentorship expertise with the vanguard talents of Dion Lee and his eponymous label, Romance Was Born designers Anna Plunkett and Luke Sales, and We Are Handsome’s Jeremy and Katinka Somers.
All feature both above and below in a short film directed by Hugh Stewart, illuminating each designers’ thoughts on the place of fashion in Australia and the importance of putting on a show in anticipation of next month’s annual pilgrimage of chic, Fashion Week.
