Professionally good-looking Australian beauty Megan Gale has announced via social media that she is now expecting her first child with Richmond Tigers football player, Shaun Hampson.
The 38 year-old swimwear designer, model, actress and television host posted a picture of her ultrasound to Instagram, saying “I’m so excited and thrilled to announce that my boyfriend Shaun and I are expecting our first child together and I’m 13 weeks pregnant. We have prayed for this beautiful little soul to come along and now it’s happened we could not be more thankful and we can’t wait to be parents. SO looking forward to meeting you our little angel.”
In a delightful series of exchanges displaying an impressive command of multidisciplinary social media use she later thanked well-wishers on Twitter, saying, “Thank you everybody on behalf of Shaun & myself for all the
beautiful messages regarding the news of our pregnancy.” and “We’re touched by all of the sweet words and well wishes – Thank you so so much, Megan and Shaun xoxox”
The parents to be commenced their courtship in January 2011 after Gale’s highly publicised split with comedian Andy Lee, whom we accidentally asked her a question about that one time.
In less awesome news for the model: Wonder Woman – who may or may not be appearing in the red, black and blue spandex explosion that is the forthcoming Batman-Superman movie – a role which Gale was tentatively considered for by Mad Max filmmaker George Miller in a since-shelved Justice League of America project, will now go to one the following three actresses according to the masters of whispers at American industry magazine, Variety:
“Sources tell Variety that “Fast and Furious” actress Gal Gadot, “G.I. Joe: Retaliation” thesp Elodie Yung and Olga Kurylenko have or will test for the female lead, which appears to be the role of Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman.”
Details leaked from the film’s casting notes indicate that the mystery character will be “tall, brunette, athletic and exotic” aka the first four words you would use to describe Megan Gale to a blind person.
