Marc Jacobs has had his entire S/S 2012 collection nabbed while in transit between Paris and London.
In an email to media outlets, Jacobs’ company apologised to fashion editors who were meant to view the collection in the London store, explaining that somehow the entire lot had gone missing. They’re going to be hard to flog on any black market – designed specifically for towering models and not on sale anywhere in the world yet, it’d be pretty difficult to sell them at all without attracting attention. Marc Jacobs Intnl, for their part, are taking the news with a grain of salt:
