According to Ragtrader, Ksubi has been saved. The Sydney denim label received a second lease on life after creditors “voted in favour of a joint venture with streetwear manufacturer Bleach”. The decision, which was made earlier this week, comes after Ksubi went into Voluntary Administration last month with creditors also agreeing that all liabilities be liquidated.
According to Ragtrader “There have been approximately 30 unsolicited expressions of interest in purchasing the brand and/or assets of the Ksubi group of companies”. Administrators may view other offer yet but for now Quiksilver Europe founder Harry Hodge and Ksubi distributor Bleach have saved the day.
