Ed Hardy Operations (Australia) has entered into administration, barely one month after rental woes saw it pull six stores from Westfield shopping sites nationally.
According to documents lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the streetwear operator appointed administrators yesterday.
It has been a turbulant year for the brand, with Australian price points dropped for the autumn/winter season and Westfield sites pulled in late July.
Reveling in the failure of others is the behaviour of a pathological jerk but, to borrow the words of regular commenter Harlequin: “Ed Hardy licks salty balls”.
