A death has been reported in the carpark lift of a Westfield shopping centre in Melbourne, less than a week after the body of missing Tasmanian Bernard Gore, 71, was found in a stairwell at Westfield Bondi Junction.
A gravely injured man – believed to be in his 40s – was found by a personal training group in the car park of Westfield Doncaster just after 6.10am and died at the scene before he could be treated by paramedics.
