Matty Dellavedova Celebrated His NBA Title With Beer Pong & Roller Coasters

There’s only a precious handful of days between the end of the NBA season and the beginning of the Rio Olympics campaign for Matthew Dellavedova, so he’s gotta do a lot of celebrating in a very short amount of time.

Delly is the proud owner of a brand-spanking new NBA Championship ring, after his Cleveland Cavaliers pulled off one of the all-time great comebacks in NBA history to down the Golden State Warriors and claim their first NBA Championship.
And Delly’s victory lap is quickly becoming one of the most bloody adorable ones you’re ever likely to see.
Immediately after their win at the Oracle Arena, the Cavs team jetted off to Las Vegas to celebrate. The team took over a night-club, and reportedly spent upwards of $160,000 on top-shelf champagne and spirits.
Except Delly, that is. Delly slapped on the ole’ Irish handcuffs and double-parked himself ’round some Corona tinnies whilst sporting a bloody amazing/garish Tommy Bahama jacket.
Cue: Jokes.

Following that, the team headed back to Northeastern Ohio to show off the Larry O’Brien Trophy to a city starved of a professional sporting championship for some 50-odd years prior.

And then Delly went and rode himself some goddamned roller coasters.
By himself.
Because he’s an NBA Champion now, and he can do whatever he wants.

But oh lord, if you thought that was it, GUESS AGAIN.

Today, Delly’s spent his new-found free time by inspecting his own signature coffee blend, and then having some of the boys around to play beer pong.
Cavs teammates Richard Jefferson and Channing Frye rocked up to Casa Delly to throw down a few ping pong balls, in a keenly contested sporting event captured extensively on Jefferson’s Snapchat.

Of course Delly’s getting about in a Collingwood jersey. Of bloody course.

The gang even took part in the ancient art of Flip Cup; a game apparently won in heroic fashion by Delly’s Dad Mark.

AND THAT’S NOT ALL.

Delly, himself a prolific user of Snapchat, is currently just about live streaming himself DJing at a downtown Cleveland bar.
What choice bangers would a man of his clear inspired taste choose to drop in such a situation?
BON BLOODY JOVI‘s ‘LIVIN’ ON A PRAYER.’

I tell ya. You can take the boy out of Maryborough, but you can’t take the ‘Straya out of the boy.
