Matthew Dellavedova is a Cleveland Cavalier once again and all is right with the world.

Delly’s two-year career with the Milwaukee Bucks came to a close last week, with the young lad from Maryborough traded back to the Cavaliers, with whom he played a starring role in their iconic 2016 NBA Championship win, in a complicated three-team deal.
Today, Delly stepped back onto the court in Cleveland in Cavaliers colours once again.
And the crowd lost its mind.
Though the now-LeBronless side is struggling this season, the love for the weird little battler runs deep in Ohio, and it didn’t take long for Dellavedova to remind everyone in Cleveland what he’s capable of; knocking down the first of three first-half three-pointers shortly after checking into the game against the New York Knicks for the first time.
From those in attendance at The Q? Nothing but love.
“Dell-ah-ve-do-vah” …it must be Australian!

Social media was just as glad to have the Prince of Cleveland back home as well, with folks going bonkers for the great man.
Faint MVP chants for Delly at the free throw line. Cleveland.

Watching Delly back in Cleveland is like being back together with your best friends after being apart for a long time. You didnt realize how much you missed them and now you can’t stop smiling and laughing.

Matthew Dellavedova has 11 points for the #Cavs and found Jaron Blossomgame for an easy lay-up.
Delly & Blossomgame = #DynamicDuo

The great return of Dellavedova seems to have had some benefits: The Cavs managed to knock-off New York in a tight 113 – 106 win, dropping a respectable 15 points off the bench as the Cavs rolled to their second win from their past three games, including two points late in the game to ice it which were, again, met with massive MVP chants from the crowd.
Are those “MVP” chants for Delly?
Yes. Yes, they are! #BeTheFight pic.twitter.com/2KDfrpQUKt
