Summer’s notoriously been the seasons where you want to be single, soaking up those sunshine rays and flirting up a storm. But really, all those lazy beach days and sweltering nights are MADE for lovers. Summer romance is a thing for a reason, y’know.

If you’re on the lookout for spicy dates (and maybe real, gods-honest love), Tinder dropped a list of the Aussie beaches where folks are swiping right the most – yep, these are the places to roll out your towel and (maybe) meet the love of your life this summer.

Surfer’s Paradise tops the list, which makes sense – it’s both a beach AND close to a big shopping mecca, meaning plenty of people around. So if you’re QLD-based, that’s your MVP.

Byron Bay’s Main Beach comes in at #2 – so if you’re after a fling with a surfer who also has a penchant for vegan smoothies and hemp pants, forget Watego’s.

#3 should be no surprise for Sydney-siders. Yep, Bondi is the place to be for love in the East. Like Surfer’s, it’s got folks keen for a dip and plenty along Campbell Pde sipping cocktails at sunset, which is likely why it’s such a successful spot for romance.

Here’s the rest of the top 10.

4. Cronulla Beach, NSW

5. Main Beach, Noosa, QLD

6. Cottesloe Beach, WA

7. Mindil Beach, Darwin, NT

8. Manly Beach, NSW

9. Merewether Beach, Newcastle, NSW

10. St. Kilda Beach, VIC

Now go forth and get loved-up, would ya?
