Your FB Looks Different This Morning Cause The ‘Like’ Button’s Got M8s

If you’ve noticed Facebook looking a little different today (and a little more like a certain behemoth publishing site that shall remain nameless but rhymes with ‘FuzzLeed‘), that’s because they’ve finally launched ‘Reactions‘, your alternative to liking posts about your mate’s recently deceased relatives.

It’s not dislike button – an update the world has literally begged for for years but is actually a terrible idea, thanks to a shitty little human behaviour called ‘cyber bullying’ – but hey, it’s something.

“Not every moment you want to share is happy,” wrote Mark Zuckerberg – who just totally gets you fyi – in a post announcing the launch of ‘Love‘, ‘Haha‘, ‘Wow‘, ‘Sad‘ and ‘Angry‘ reactions. “Sometimes you want to share something sad or frustrating.”

Earlier reactions ‘Yay‘ and ‘Confused‘ were tested but ultimately nixed. But never fear, friends, for you can still “express love, laughter, surprise, sadness or anger” with the above.

What a time to be alive.
