Today’s entry is Darwin resident Andrew Morrison, one of the three Aussies injured in the London terror attack on the weekend. Despite being stabbed in the neck and – I quote – “fucked up”, Morrison still managed to give a remarkably casual interview to Sky News about what went down.

“So I’m at Belushi’s, watched Champions League – 4-1 Madrid, happy days,” he says. “I came outside, walked across the road and a fight breaks out. I’m like, ‘Shit, what’s going on here?’
He continues, gesturing to show how he was stabbed.
I start to walk towards it, and all of a sudden a guy comes up with a knife and I’m like this.He stabs me there, and I just like push him off – blood’s going everywhere. I walk into a pub and say, ‘Someone help me, I’ve just been stabbed’.
“He got me. I dodged it, I ducked and weaved – nah, just kidding. I got fucked up, man,” he says in the video, with a laugh. “This is my last night in London and I’m supposed to fly back tomorrow!”
Good to know a sturdy Darwin bloke can still be in good spirits after copping a blade to the neck.
