Donald Trump – a name we’ve found ourselves writing so often, we’re considering a petition to make it an emoji for time-saving purposes – has drained his daily supply of ire to attack The Boston Globe for their mock 2017 front-page.
What’s a “Trumping to Remember” and what could it have to do with the White House in 2017? https://t.co/BPQtdpECE4 pic.twitter.com/u8emjW8dJT

In turn, the very real, 2016 edition of Trump hurled his typical invective at the paper, using time from a stump speech in Rochester, New Hampshire to label the paper “stupid” and “worthless”.
“How about that stupid Boston Globe, it’s worthless, sold for a dollar…Did you see that story? The whole front page; they made up a story, they pretended Trump is the president, and they made up the whole front page, it’s a make-believe story, which is really no different from the whole paper.I mean, the whole thing is made up. And I think they’re having a big backlash on that one.”
(Also, Trump followed the statement “it’s worthless” immediately with an admission the paper is sold for a buck. If we’re [temporarily] resorting to playground logic here, well, you even said it had value yourself mate.)
The @nytimes purposely covers me so inaccurately. I want other nations to pay the U.S. for our defense of them. We are the suckers-no more!
