The Washington Post Is Writing A Book On The Insanity Of Trump’s Campaign

You know the book in Harry Potter that bites you unless you know how to open it? (Stroking its spine, but that’s neither here nor there right now.)

Well, here’s a book that’s much, much scarier.
The creation of a new book about Donald Trump, particularly regarding his bizarre and terrifying election campaign, was announced yesterday.
Publishing house Scribner is teaming up with The Washington Post to release the book, titled ‘Trump Revealed’, which will feature writing from a bunch of different TWP journalists.
It’ll be co-authored by TWP’s investigative political reporter Michael Kranish and Senior Editor Marc Fisher, guided by Editor-In-Chief Martin Baron, and edited by Scribner Editor-In-Chief Colin Harrison
In a statement, Baron said this:
“Donald Trump is a presidential candidate unlike any we’ve ever seen before. His candidacy and his positions have defied all conventions and upended the political landscape.

Given that he could ascend to the most powerful position in the world, Trump’s life and career deserve to be explored in the greatest depth.

That’s what we intend to do, with a huge investment of reportorial and editing resources and with a staff that consistently has led the field in covering his volatile candidacy.”
Interestingly enough, Baron actually joined The Washington Post in 2013 after a very successful tenure at The Boston Globe – the paper which created this incredible faux front page about Trump earlier this week

‘Trump Revealed’ will be out August 23rd, 2016.
