Tinder Launches “Undo Button” For Accidental Left Swipes

A new service from Tinder, people’s favourite one night stand enabler not named alcohol, will soon allow users to rectify the most painful of first world dating problems: banishing your soulmate to the fedora/soul patch ether by accidentally swiping left on them.

But that privilege comes at a price. The service – a giant yellow “undo button” – will be rolled out as part of the thirst-quenching dating app’s haughty new premium version, Tinder Plus.
Per TechCrunch: “With the paid version, users will have access to two new central features of the app, Undo and Passport. Undo lets people go back on the person they just swiped left on, a highly common accident, and Passport lets people search outside their geographic region. “The most-requested feature we get is a button to go back and have a second chance with people that users swipe left on,” said Tinder co-founder Sean Rad. “Everyone has wanted it from the beginning. It’s absolutely at the top of the list.””

So aside from allowing users to hit the reset button on approachable cuties passed over during a frenzied nope-fest, Tinder Plus’ other big selling point is the ability to arrange out-of-town hook ups in advance. What a time to be alive sexually active!
